Mini Cheesecakes
24 cupcake liners
24 vanilla wafers
2 pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
*beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, juice, and vanilla until fluffy
*place vanilla wafer in cupcake liner
*fill 2/3 full with mixture
*bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes
*cool, top with cherries, and chill until ready to serve
